James River Coal
James River Coal contacted Vallum Resources and needed an Employee Recognition Awards program based on tenure and seniority. We located a Gift program to meet their needs; with several levels and a variety of gifts and products. The client chose the monetary level based on length of employee service. Gifts were distributed by the client to several locations and included a personal note from the CEO/President of James River Coal. We incorporated the personal note with a special die cut window envelope.

Masonic Home of Virginia
The Masonic Home Director of Admissions contacted Vallum Resources to assist in designing a Gift Pack to give new residents when they were moving into their new home. Keeping within budget, we came up with specific, practical items; reasonably priced, good quality and delivered to the new residents in a Recycled, durable Grocery Bag to be used again and again. Also, current residents received a gift pack as well.
Masonic Home of Virginia
The Masonic Home Director of Human Resources felt that they needed a presentation to adequately represent the Home at Job and Employment Fairs. Working as a team, we came up with a format, copy, photos and a layout. We also made sure the physical presentation would be light, durable and easy to pack up and carry. We also are able to change the copy without incurring considerable cost.

Legacy Settlements
Legacy Settlements requested assistance researching and identifying which networking groups would be beneficial for them to join. We provided a spread sheet of ten suggestions. The spread sheet also included contact info, basic membership costs, mission and purpose, type of members, frequency of meeting and events.
