"Being a small non-profit our staffing is limited, Vallum Resources has become an invaluable part of our "extended" office staff. I never worry about the quality of any job and their customer service is a rare gem in this day and age."

Business Development Portfolio

Christian Counseling Associates
Christian Counseling Associates wanted to grow their business. They acknowledged that there was a tremendous opportunity for them to serve others in need and they had been hobbling along using an outdated, unprofessional brochure, which had been copied many times on an in-house copy machine. They knew they had to create an attractive piece to reach out to others; primarily females. They realized it was the female most of the time reaching out for help; taking the initiate to find help. They wanted a brochure that would “speak” to women.

Raintree Swim and Racquet Club
Raintree Swim and Racquet Club remodeled its Fitness Center and purchased all new, state-of-the art equipment. They wanted to announce this to their members as well as prospective members. Together, we determined and identified the demographics of their prospects; age range, annual income, family composition, distance from facility. We created several initial draft options for their review and then narrowed it down from there. We knew it had to be an oversized postcard with full color to grab attention. Additionally, the postcard would carry a theme that could be carried over and incorporated into the Open House activities.

Clachan Properties/Winston Factory Lofts
The Owner of Clachan Properties contacted me in early Spring 2009. They were developing a warehouse in Winston- Salem, North Carolina and needed a website created to attract and collect prospects information, a brochure for onsite use once the Leasing Office was open, all stationery products and a postcard for an upcoming housing fair. We started simultaneously with the website and the logo, and all pieces and parts evolved from there. The initial purpose of the website was to provide basic information about the property; amenities, features, rates, parking policies, pet policies and to collect information about those who visited the site to follow up with. Later this year, we will proceed with Phase II of the website to include more photos, 360 view from the top of the building and links to cultural and local events.

Legacy Law
Legacy Law contacted me from a direct result of a Direct Mail Campaign Vallum Resources executed. They had recently gone through some ownership/management changes; changed their name and wanted to announce these changes to their existing clients, as well as grow their business. We are in the midst of notifying clients, identifying prospects and creating fresh, new Marketing Material. We also coordinated the services of a professional photographer to shoot fresh photos for their Marketing material.
