Making Virginia a Better Place

MCV/Dogs on Call
MCV/Dogs on Call Program is part of The Center for Human-Animal Interaction. Established in June 2001 by the VCU School of Medicine, the purpose of the Center for Human-Animal Interaction is to provide a formal structure for and promote interdisciplinary and interinstitutional research, clinical practice, and educational activities related to the human-animal relationship. Vallum Resources provides pro-bono Marketing Consulting, design servicies and partipcates in the program by visiting patients with Greta; one of Stephanie's Golden Retrievers.
Masonic Home of Virginia
The primary mission of the Home is to embody the Masonic principle: care for others. Members of the Masonic Fraternity founded this community of care in 1890 and continue to support it through their financial gifts and volunteer efforts. Vallum Resources supports the annual Family Day, Veterans Memorial, as well as many other special events.
Delta Society
Delta Society is a human-services organization dedicated to improving people's health and well-being through positive interactions with animals.
The Georgetown School
Located in Hanover County, the mission of the Georgetown School is to prepare students and adults to become life-long learners and responsible citizens. Recognizing the diverse and individual needs of students, the School provides an academically enriched environment that promotes community stewardship and character enhancing behavior. Vallum Resources particpates in their Mentor program and manages a Holiday card fundraiser.
The Concert Ballet of Virginia
The mission of The Concert Ballet of Viriginia is to foster an appreciation of classical and contemporary dance by staging affordable full-scale productions at convenient locations throughout the state, while providing excellent training and challenging creative opportunities within a professionally-mounted dance company. Vallum Resources supports The Concert Ballet of Virginia by purchasing program ad space for their annual presentation.
Greater Richmond Chamber
The Chamber provides opportunities for all businesses and individuals who have a stake in the Greater Richmond Region. The Chamber believes that business thrives in a healthy community with exceptional quality of life. Vallum Resources supports the Chamber through Sponsorship programs as well as particpating with the Hanover Business Cabinet.
Hanover Association of Businesses and Chamber of Commerce
The mission of the HABCC is to provide leadership within the Hanover and Ashland business communities, to champion economic development while safeguarding business interests and property rights, to promote professional standards and ethics within the business community and to maintain positive relationships among businesses, educators, governments and residents. Vallum Resources supports the HABCC by being an active member and by leading the Marketing Committee.
